Drunken Man Crashes Into Turkey Hill Store, Police Say

The crash occurred on Main Street in Red Hill.

Charges were recently filed against a man who crashed into a Turkey Hill Convenience Store, allegedly while under the influence of a controlled substance, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.

The man, who was not identified by police, was driving westbound on Sixth Street around 11:35 p.m. on May 27, approaching its intersection with Main Street in Red Hill when he allegedly ran through a yellow light and was unable to stop, striking the Turkey Hill convenience Store at the intersection.

After an investigation, police found that the driver was under the influence of a controlled substance, and charges were filled in District Court 38-2-02.
