You aren't charged for the card. If you read it says "the charge for a lost card will be $20"

ReplyI was 18 once. I was never drunk or high at 2:00 in the afternoon or while driving my car.
As an adult I make a conscious effort to not even *talk* on my phone while driving. You know what I do when the phone rings or dings??? I leave it and answer it later.

Now if only we can get "I'm Britney B*tch* bleeped on the radio... Love the song, can't believe it's acceptable to be aired. If my kids repeat that in school, I'm sure a world of trouble would rein down on them... They already figured out what's missing out of the Thriftshop song
