ReplyAs mentioned in the editor's note above, the original version of this story did refer to a cost to obtain and keep the card. After speaking to Dr. Goodin today, I learned this is no longer the case - my info was based on an older version of the policy. There is no charge to obtain a card now.

Cindy, as far as I know, that's still a rumor - I've asked the leasing company for that shopping center a few times about possible tenants and they won't confirm or deny anything. I imagine they won't comment until contracts are signed.
