LOST CAT: Help Find Clarence!

Clarence escaped on March 18 from parking lot the veterinary clinic on the 1000 block of Dekalb Pike near Palermo's Pizza. He's believed to be in Whitpain or Worcester, which is miles from his home in Whitemarsh.

He escaped on March 18 from the parking lot of the veterinary clinic along the 1000 block of Dekalb Pike, and his owner is deperately seeking his safe return to his home in Whitemarsh. He's described by his owner as follows: The owner told Patch that Clarence may have been seen repeatedly since March 30 near Whitpain Hills, Saint John's Church, the Mara Drive Development and Sunnybrook. The most recent sighting was on April 14 on Ashford Lane, west of Whitpain Hills, according to a witness. If you see Clarence, the owners asks that you attempt to feed him and call her immediately at 267-408-5396. Skimmers Found on Area ATMs

Authorities believe the identity-theft devices were identified and removed quickly.

ATM skimmers ― illicit devices that blend into a cash machine's card slot, then record bank card info for later retrieval by a thief ― were found on two bank ATMs in Montgomery County earlier this month. PhillyBurbs.com reports that the devices were found on Jan. 5 and 6 on the ATMs of Wells Fargo branches on Skippack Pike in Whitpain and Whitemarsh townships. Authorities believe that the devices were discovered quickly and that no customer accounts were compromised. Other skimmers have recently been found on ATMs in Bucks County and in Medford, NJ.
