Recipe: Sesame Noodles

Chinese take-out, without the take-out price (or tipping the delivery boy).

This was delicious and tasted just like Chinese take-out (without the cost and the wait time). I served this with a side of edemame (yum!). This would also taste lovely with chicken in it. Cut chicken breast into thin strips on the bias and coat with corn starch. Saute in canola oil until chicken is cooked through. You can find all the ingredients you need for this recipe at Wegmans, Landis or Redner's Warehouse. Ingredients Directions

It surprised me when it took off.” Pennsylvania State Police were dispatched along with local volunteer fire police to aid in removal of the vehicle and investigate the circumstances of the accident. The car was towed from the foliage. A group of people who were nearby waiting for a shuttle …

Recipe: Paella

This one-pot dish offers a seafood substitute.

I traveled to Spain last year, and, besides the endless array of tapas (small plates perfect for in between meal snacking), my travel partner and I couldn’t get enough paella. Neither of us eats seafood (Atraditional paella ingredient is mussels.), but we found plenty of places that served it up sans crustaceans.   This take on paella comes from the Extremadura region of Spain, the western region of Spain, which has a culinary focus on pork, chicken, ham and sausage. Some even say that chorizo was born here. This is a fabulous one-pot dish (less clean up!) that makes enough for four. (It's easily doubled for more and makes wonderful leftovers.) The saffron can be expensive, but adds a beautiful color and unique flavor to the dish. However…
