Woman to face fourth DUI charge as she presses on with Chester County allegations of being assaulted.
A Graterford resident has alleged that she was raped while being held in a Chester County prison. She was back in court this week, but this time, as a defendant. According to a report in the Pottstown Mercury, the 37-year-old woman, whose name has not been released by the courts to protect her identity as an alleged victim of sexual assault, was seen before Judge David Bortner on Wednesday. She was there for a violation of her probation, stemming from a charge of Driving Under the Influence (DUI) in Skippack in 2012.
