A $3.4 million home on Mill Road in Skippack Township is for sale, making it the most expensive in the Perkiomen Valley School District, according to Zillow.com.

A five-bedroom, eight-bath home on Mill Road in Skippack Township is the priciest home for sale in the Perkiomen Valley School District, according to Zillow.com. The 8,700 square-foot stone manor home, built in 1986, sits on 20 rolling acres and is listed at $3.4 million. High ceilings, archways, imported teak doors and intricate mill work are featured in the residence, as well as a four-story elevator,  23-zone heating system and four-zone air conditioning. The master bedroom includes a dressing room, sitting area and walk-in closets, according to Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors. Wow, what a mansion. It would take an army to keep it clean! 20 acres, can't imagine, hope it doesn't get broke up for development. I like my kitchen better though thanks to G.K. Bono Carpentry and Hilbert Cabinets.   more ›
