A safe, jewelry, personal documents and cash were stolen from a residence on Revere Court.
A home on the 100 block of Revere Court was burglarized on Sept. 13 between 12 Noon and 3 pm, according to Collegeville Police. A police report states that unknown individuals broke into the home through a window in the basement, and then forced the basement door open with what appeared to be two screwdrivers. A white safe with an electronic keypad was removed from the house, as well as several rings, bracelets and necklaces, a two-piece gold box and $4,000 in cash. Additionally, many personal financial papers were removed, including tax forms, social security cards, birth certificates and other documents. Pennsylvania State Police report of a Trappe Tavern employee who was allegedly involved with an altercation with other employees, and carried a knife.
Pennsylvania State Police, of the Skippack Station patrol unit, were dispatched to the Trappe Tavern on report of a subject armed with a knife. The incident took place Aug. 20, prior to police dispatch at 12:30 a.m. Police interviewed several employees of the Trappe Tavern, located in Trappe Borough, each of whom reported that a male subject named Sean had a knife and was causing a disturbance. The Trappe Tavern manager identified to police that the subject is Sean Quinn, 45, of Phoenixville, who is in fact an employee of the tavern, but was not working on the date of the incident. Money stolen after victim purchased a truck through the classified advertising website
An Upper Hanover man had an unknown amount stolen after responding to a fraudulent Craigslist ad for a 2001 Ford Truck, according to a Pennsylvania State Police report. The 52-year-old victim from Cedar Lea Lane communicated with the e-mail address Justin.stewart47@gmail.com on Aug. 5 to purchase the truck, and did not receive the truck after making a payment, according to the report. Anyone with information on this incident is asked to contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-584-1250.

PSP Skippack reports 62 criminal arrests, 101 crashes, 20 DUI arrests in July
The Pennsylvania Police, Skippack Barracks reported 1219 incidents in the Perkiomen Valley area during the month of July. A total of 170 criminal offenses were reported - 85 of the offenses were cleared, and there were 62 criminal arrests. There were 101 crashes reported and five incidents of hit and run. There were two fatalities and 19 injuries reported. Twenty DUI arrests were reported in the month of June, four of which were the result of crashes. There were no fatalities related to DUIs in the region. Police doled out 639 traffic citations, and gave 1158 warnings.

Four thefts, three assaults and seventeen collisions reported to Pennsylvania State Police
There were 113 police incidents in Perkiomen Township between July 1 and July 31, according to a Pennsylvania State Police Report distributed a the August 7 Perkiomen Township Board of Supervisors Meeting. The AIMS Statistic report indicated four thefts, including one motor vehicle theft, two thefts by unlawful taking, and one scrap metal theft. Three incidents of assault in Perkiomen Township – one simple, two harassment – were reported, two incidents of criminal mischief, and two suspicious vehicles. Seventeen collisions were reported, three of which included injuries and one of which was a DUI. Gathering busted on the 4000 block of Roberts Lane in Skippack
A 17-year-old girl was cited for holding an underage drinking party along the 4000 block of Roberts Lane in Skippack Township just before midnight on July 22, according to Pennsylvania State Police. The PSP report states that a neighbor complained about a large gathering of juveniles at 4042 Roberts Lane. After an investigation, the unnamed teenager – who lives at the residence – was cited for Purchase, Consumption, Possession or Transportation of Liquor or Malt or Brewed Beverage by a Minor at District Court 38-1-24. There were no other reports of underage drinking arrests stemming from the incident. Montgomery County Land Records indicate that the residence is owned by Paul and Teresa Chiccarine.
