Owners are searching for 'Jasper,' a 47-pound coonhound-lab mix. Jasper was last seen at the Reservoir Dog Park off Franklin Ave. in Phoenixville at 4 pm Sunday. He is likely wearing a black collar with a tag and has black and orange fur. Owners say he is a neglected rescue that they've had for only weeks, so he may be shy and shouldn't be chased. Owners are offering a $100 reward if Jasper is found. Jasper's home is 1204 Meadowview Lane, Mont Clare, Pa. 19453. Call 215-939-2748 or 610-463-8230 with any information.
