Perkiomen Child Porn Possessor Pleads Guilty
Detectives allege that video files depicting sexual assaults on toddlers were found in the 22-year-old man's computer.
Richard John Lovett, 22, has admitted to posessing child pornography on his home computer in Perkiomen Township, according to a report from Main Line Media News. Lovett, of the 400 block of Rahns Road, pleaded guilty in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas to felony charges of sexual abuse of children-possessing child pornography, for which he faces 3.5 to seven years in prison According to court records, Lovett was charged in 2012 with two counts of disseminating photos or films of child sex acts, nine counts of child pornography, and one count of criminal use of communication facility. Hi Anne - the question is if he will be deemed a Sexually Violent Predator, as opposed to just a sexual predator. That means a lifetime registration on the sex offender registry.
