Update: Collegeville Dog Found
After being missing for over a month, Draggin's owner just picked him up from the SPCA.
A five-week search effort has come an end as Draggin, the missing Collegeville dog, was picked up on Friday afternoon at the Perkiomenville SPCA by his owner. According to owner Katie Lear, Draggin was found in a man's fenced-in back yard in Collegeville. The man then brought Draggin to the SPCA, who notified Lear. "Bring Draggin Home" Facebook page reports that the dog has been checked out by the vet and only has a few ticks and some fleas after being on the run for five weeks. "A few good meals and some rest and he will be just fine," the page said. Lear plans to continue posting updates in the "Bring Draggin Home" page, she is planning a meet and greet tomorrow with Draggin at 199 Bechtel Road in Collegeville, and will hold event at …

I am SO happy to hear that Draggin is home! My daughter and I looked for him every time we went out by the Perk Trail. Yay!   more ›
