According to The Times Herald, a Montgomery County judge sentenced former Methacton High School Teacher Sean Michael McCullough to three to 23 months in county jail and another three years probation for his inappropriate sexual relationship with a 17-year-old student. The 44-year-old McCullough, of Collegeville, pleaded guilty of corruption of a minor and disseminating obscene materials to a minor in connection with an ongoing relationship with a student that included sexually-explicit conversations over email, Facebook and text messages. The pair also reportedly engaged in mutual masturbation, kissing and fondling and even traded nude photos. Forty three-year-old Sean Michael McCullough reportedly told authorities he engaged in sexual-related activity with a 17-year-old female student who graduated in 2010.
According to The Times Herald, Sean Michael McCullough, the 43-year-old Methacton High School teacher who was arrested earlier today, has admitted to having a sexual relationship with a student at the high school that began in 2009 when she was 17. McCullough was arraigned Thursday, Aug. 16 on charges of corruption of a minor, endangering the welfare of a child, possession of child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility. According to Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Ferman, and Lower Providence Police Chief Francis Caroll, a Methacton High School teacher has been arrested for Endagering the Welfare of Child, Corruption of Minors, Possession of Child Pornography and related offenses. Sean Michael McCullough, a current high school English teacher at Methacton School District, allegedly promoted and maintained a sexual relationship with one of his minor female students, during the 2009 and 2010 school years. The report states that McCullough was the female student's teacher during her freshman through senior years in high school. The sexually inappropriate relationship began during her senior year, while McCullough was her Gifted Seminar teacher. …
