Hundreds of residents attended the Collegeville Colossal Yard Sale on Saturday, sponsored by the Collegeville Economic Development Corporation (CEDC). Several residents who attended the event commented on the Perkiomen Valley Patch's Facebook Page after we posted an early photo of the fun - readers expressed interest in holding this event again in the future. The Following is a press release from the Collegeville Economic Development Corporation: On Saturday, Sept. 22, get out and enjoy the beautiful fall morning by stopping by Collegeville’s largest-ever community yard sale, with close to 100 families participating, at the Collegeville Shopping Center at Rt. 29 and Ridge Pike! The Yard Sale runs from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m., with plenty of parking is available at the Shopping Center. Ursinus students, this is a great opportunity to pick up whatever you still need for your dorm room for a song!
