Elementary School Vandalized The Pennsylvania State Police are investigating an incident of institutional vandalism, which occurred at the Schwenksville Elementary School. According to the report, an unknown suspect -- or suspects -- walked onto the front of the property and damaged four bollard lamps sometime between the hours of 5 p.m. on July 11 and 9 a.m. on July 12.
