Obama Campaign Seeking Local Volunteers
Volunteers will help with phone banking, door-to-door canvassing and data entry.
Editor's note: The following is a press release from Kevin Dunbar, chairman of the Area 4 Democratic Committee. With the Presidential election five months away, volunteers are now needed to join the Obama campaign at the Area 4 Democratic Campaign Headquarters, 486 E. Main St. in Collegeville. Volunteers will help with phone banking, door-to-door canvassing and data entry. Located one block from Ursinus College, the office is open for phone banking on Tuesday and Thursday, and for canvassing on Saturday. Those hours will be expanded. Volunteers are welcome from across central Montgomery County. As pro-lifers, we are extremely saddened by the profoundly wrong decision of the Supreme Court regarding Obamacare.
