Municipal Meeting, Concerts Coming Up This Week

A Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy event and a metal detector lesson are also planned.

On Monday, kindergarten and first graders are invited to the Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy for the Summer Explorers program. The theme of Summer Explorers is “Abiotics” – the sun, soil, water and air.

At the R3 Wellness Center in Trappe on Tuesday, Deborah Tray will lead a group to help people cope with various losses, including the death of a loved one, relationship, job, home, moving, or people living with physical limitations or severe illness and loss of a pet.

At the Perkiomen Valley Library on Wednesday, Dave Poland will show how to use a metal detector to look for treasure at 6:30 p.m.

On Wednesday night, the Skippack Township Board of Supervisors will meet at 7:30 p.m. for its monthly meeting.

On Thursday, Upper Providence Township will offer a free concert in the park with the Steel Horse Acoustic at Anderson Farm Park Amphitheater.
