Nottage Project Donates Books to Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy

Local organization collected tomes to help restore library collection that was damaged in the Hurricane Irene flooding.

Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy submitted the following information:

Allegra Nottage, founder and executive director of , recently donated more than $130 in books to the .  Allegra learned that the Conservancy's library was damaged by the flood waters of Hurricane Irene and wanted to help.  The books she gave to the Conservancy were donated by families in the area. The Conservancy thanks Allegra and The Nottage Project for their generosity and support! 

The Nottage Project is a volunteer organization created to address the growing needs of communities in the Greater Philadelphia suburbs. They look for opportunities to support and enhance existing local services provided to those experiencing times of challenging transition.
