What's Open on July Fourth in Perk Valley?

Your guide to business in the Perkiomen Valley on Thursday.

Independence Day is considered a Federal holiday, so there will be no mail delivery and all federal, state and municipal offices, including drivers’ centers, will be closed Thursday.

The stock market will be closed, as will most banks - but TD customers can still do banking, as all TD locations will be open.

Many big retailers, such as Target, grocery stores and malls, will be open, though some may operate on a modified schedule.

Beer and liquor stores will be open on Thursday.

Philly Pretzel Factory in Collegeville will be open from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (and is still taking tray orders at 610-831-8831)

Gymboree Play and Music of Collegeville will be closed.

The Wooden Duck Shop will be open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and reminds visitors that the Skippack Fourth of July Parade will begin at 11 a.m.

The Office Tavern will be open from 7:30 a.m. until 2 a.m.

The Kona Ice of Schwenksville will be at the Skippack Village Parade and Palmer Park for fireworks.

Mayers Well Drilling service department will be open; for emergency ‘no water” problems call 215-679-8717.

Starbucks in the Providence Town Center will be open normal hours, 5:30 a.m. – 9:30 p.m.

Kelly’s Worldclass Automotive in Limerick will be closed, and will reopen July 5 at 8 a.m.

KB Fitness in Pennsburg will be holding a 9 a.m. cross fit class in honor of troops, firefighters, and police.
