Perkiomen Valley High School held its homecoming pep rally on Oct. 11, before beating Pope John Paul lI 40-0 in the homecoming game.

Students assembled in the gym by class, each wearing a separate class color – black, brown, white or orange.

The band played and cheerleaders performed to pump up the crowd, and students participated in games.

The football team beat the faculty in their annual tug-of-war face-off; at the end of the day, Sophomores won the spirit competition for the week – the second year in a row that the class of 2016 took home the honor.
