Seat Opening on PVSD Board

David Warren stepping down; has held seat since 2003

The board of the Perkiomen Valley School District is seeking applicants to complete the term of David Warren, who is resigning effective June 30.

Warren has served on the board since 2003. He was last re-elected in 2011 to a term that expires in 2015.

Applications are due on June 15 and the board will interview candidates at a meeting on June 18. Applicants should submit a letter of interest, a resume, and three letters of reference to school board president Lynn Bigelow at lkbigelow@pvsd.org. Applications may also be mailed or delivered to Bigelow via the district office at 3 Iron Bridge Drive, Collegeville.

If no applications are received, the board may make an appointment to fill Warren's seat.
