The R3 Philosophy

Renew, reward, reconnect. What do these three words mean to you? To us here at R3, they remind us that change starts from within and manifests when intention is combined with fruitless action. When we have the desire to change or to heal our body, mind, and spirit, action is required to propel the energy that will bring about this change into action itself. Only then is change possible. It is our mission to provide you with the tools of the R3 philosophy through our products and our services. We also seek to follow the R3 philosophy in our daily business, ensuring that all business is conducted in a friendly manner as an exchange of time, energy, and money.

The first step in our philosophy is to Renew. This time of year is perfect for renewal of the body, mind, and spirit. As the year comes to a close, we begin to look back at the things we didn’t accomplish and fall into the habit of self-loathing, regret, and boredom. You do not have to feel this way! Look back and acknowledge the things you wish you did, but also look at what you did do! All things in the universe happen at exactly the right time. Instead of focusing on your regrets, make a new choice. Take action and renew yourself! Perhaps this means you set some time for yourself to sit and breathe at home, or maybe you choose to come visit us and renew through the systems or energy cleansing, massage, private readings, or Yoga! Whatever choice you make, be deliberate and consistent. Own your actions and observe as they unfold.

Once you act by giving yourself the opportunity to renew, you can sit back and observe your actions. You may find that you have been Rewarded health, abundance, and prosperity. Shift your focus to the things that make you feel good and Renewed, and you will feel Rewarded! Once you feel this way, stay in this process. Focus on what makes you feel grateful. Maybe it is your family, your friends, the money in your bank account, your house or your job.  Any and all of these things are what you will begin to notice as you take the time to renew. You will feel rewarded by the things that have been in your life for years as well as the amazing new things coming into your life in the most unexpected ways. This is the essence of the second R: Reward.

When you feel these processes happening, make sure that you take the time to Reconnect to your body, mind, and spirit. It is important to stay grounded even as your life spirals and grows into all types of amazing people, circumstances, and events. Reconnect with your highest self, that which is truth, and stay here as you continue to circle through the processes of Renewing, Rewarding, and Reconnecting.
