Pennsylvania House Representatives voted 140-49 in support of a bill that would reduce the size of the legislature, according to a Philadelphia Inquirer article. The bill now goes to the Senate.
"The bill (which has faced criticism) ... would reduce the House from 203 seats to 153 and the Senate from 50 senators to 38 - thus relieving the state of the dubious distinction of having America's second-biggest state legislature," the article states.

Once this happens we will simply do away with the Senate. Why the hell should WY get the same noumber of senators as PA/NY/CA? Ever been there? Nothing there. We could use the Sneate space for receptions and functions.
