Perkiomen Valley Homes Up for Sheriff’s Sale Wednesday
Local properties will be on the block for the monthly sale on Friday.
More than 500 properties are on the list for the Montgomery County sheriff's sale on Wednesday, including five in the Perkiomen Valley.
The sale starts at 1 p.m. in Court Room A at the Montgomery County Court House in Norristown.
Each buyer must have a minimum total bid available for each property to sell, and the winning bidder must have 10 percent of the sale price at the auction; the remaining portion is due within 10 days of the sale.
