Obama Campaign Seeking Local Volunteers

Volunteers will help with phone banking, door-to-door canvassing and data entry.

With the Presidential election five months away, volunteers are now needed to join the Obama campaign at the Area 4 Democratic Campaign Headquarters, 486 E. Main St. in Collegeville.

Volunteers will help with phone banking, door-to-door canvassing and data entry. Located one block from Ursinus College, the office is open for phone banking on Tuesday and Thursday, and for canvassing on Saturday. Those hours will be expanded.

Volunteers are welcome from across central Montgomery County. Area 4 of the Montgomery County Democratic Committee covers Collegeville, Limerick, Lower Providence, Royersford, Skippack, Trappe, Upper Providence and Worcester. The office is also headquarters for the campaign to elect Kelly Devine to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in the 150th district.
