Vehicle Stolen, Other Broken Into in Perkiomen Township

Pennsylvania State Police reminds residents to always lock their vehicles.

The Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the report of a theft of a motor vehicle and theft from motor vehicles along Second Street in Perkiomen Township.

According to police, unknown individuals stole a 1989 Volvo 740 station wagon unlocked with keys left in the vehicle, parked on Second Street in Perkiomen Township.  The vehicle is blue and has its passenger side hubcap missing; there is also a “CMP” sticker on the back windshield.

Several other unlocked vehicles were broken into and items such as a purse and money were stolen.
