Two Norristown Residents Charged for Harassing Trappe Woman

The two, both 20, allegedly threatened the woman and damaged her property on Jan. 29.

Christina Groff and Brendan J. Bungay, Jr., both 20 and of Norristown, were charged with harassment and related offenses after allegedly threatening a Trappe woman and damaging her property, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

A PSP report states that Groff and Bungay arrived at the 34-year-old victim’s home on College Avenue in Trappe on Jan 28 at 8:30 p.m. and began to bang on the victim’s door while screaming threats at her.

The duo then broke the windshield of the victim’s vehicle, as well as a statue that belonged to the victim, according to police.

Groff and Bungay were charged with trespass, criminal mischief and harassment.

Norristowns finest. Stupid dumb asssss. Nothing better to do. That seems to be the norm here in norristown. Just do absolutely nothing.

Bhrenda, you have it all wrong, im pretty sure that the Trappe police handled this one, not Norristowns finest. Let me guess, you know these two fine upstanding individuals or hate the ploice in Ntown so much you take any chance you have to trash the police. Just one question though Bhrenda, how does that foot taste? Rofl who is the "dumbasssssss," as you so eloquently stated earlier, now?

Know when to hold them, know when to fold them. Know when to speak and know when to shut up. The Police were called to do their job and they did it, end of story. Unless you may want to open your mouth and say "Thank You" to the Police for restoring peace in the community.

Lucky for the victim that it happen at her home in Trappe and the state police cited the couple! If it happen in Norristown the police would tell the victim the detectives will be contacting you.And they never do. I know this because it happen in my family and nothing was done. Norristown needs state police to patrol because NPD does'nt care about us!!

If people are coming from Norristown to College Avenue to beat you up..there must be a great story behind this!
Boywonder February 28, 2013 at 02:13 AM
@Uh, Norristown's Finest is a reference to the police, Like, NY's finest, LA's finest, Philly's Finest, see where im going with this...Stay ignorant though....=)

First of all people need to learn facts instead of commenting on inaccurate stories. I'm Christina Groff and number one I'm not 20 and neither is my bf Brendan . We are 24 and we are NOT criminals. The women who claims we harassed her and damaged her property wrote a false report . Her and I were best friends and we had a bad fight and she claims we ruined her property. We were no way near her house the day we were accused of this . FYI the collegeville police delt with its taking care of. So get the story straight if your going to write of story or comment on it.
