Two Men Struck by SEPTA Trains in Montgomery County

A 16-year-old male was struck from behind in Abington and is being treated for serious injuries; a 29-year-old male was struck in Lansdale and is expected to recover.

Two men were hit by SEPTA trains in separate incidents on Sept. 12, according to Patch reports.

The incidents, which led to train delays throughout the region, are not thought to be connected.

I listen to music every time I go running, and I am rethinking it now, as the Abington boy didn't hear the train because of his headphones - did the Abington Patch article make you re-think listening to headphones on roadways?
