Thefts Reported in Trappe, Skippack and Upper Salford

Thefts were reported at a Skippack Park, outside of the Comfort Cafe in Trappe, and Landis Supermarket in Upper Salford.


Theft from Motor Vehicle Reported at Comfort Cafe
A 19-year-old male had his car broken into behind the Comfort Cafe in Trappe in Nov. 11, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.

The man has his unlocked vehicle parked behind the business between 10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., and his wallet was stolen from the vehicle.

This is an ongoing investigation.

Portable Toilet Stolen From Palmer Park in Skippack
The Pennsylvania State Police reported that a large green portable toilet was stolen from the Palmer Park area in Skippack between Oct. 26 and Nov. 2.

Police are asking anyone with information on this incident to contact the PSP at 610-410-7841 and reference incident number K03-1885110.

Retail Theft Reported at Landis Supermarket
Police are investigating an incident at Landis Supermarket in Upper Salford Township between the dates of Oct. 28 -31 in which between 18 and 24 cans of baby formula were stolen

Anyone with information on this incident is asked to call PSP at 610-410-7841 and reference incident number K03-1886302.
