Thefts Reported in Perkiomen, Schwenksville

A purse was stolen from a vehicle, and mail was stolen from a porch, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.

The Pennsylvania State Police are investigating two thefts in the Perkiomen Valley area over the weekend.

On Friday, unknown individuals stole a package from the front of a residence on the 400 block of Bridge Street in Perkiomen Township. The item was delivered by FedEx at 1:37 p.m., and was gone by the time the victim returned home at 4 p.m.

On Saturday at around 7 p.m., a vehicle in a parking area in Schwenksville Borough was broken into, and a beige purse was stolen from the vehicle, according to police.
