Teen Cited After Schwenksville Crash

Schwenksville man was allegedly driving at an unsafe speed.

 

An 18-year-old Schwenksville man was cited for driving his vehicle at unsafe speeds after a crash that injured one passenger on Mine Hill Road on Jan. 28, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.

Daulton J. Polito was traveling eastbound on Mine Hill Road approaching its intersection with Highland Ave at 9:09 a.m. when he swerved, striking a pole with his 2000 Honda Civic, police say.

Lower Frederick Regional Ambulance transported a 16-year-old female passenger, of Schwenksville, to Pottstown Memorial Medical Center for minor injuries, according to police. The other passenger, 21-year-old Jeffery Limone from Trappe, was not injured.

Polito was cited for driving violating vehicle code 3361 – Driving Vehicle at Safe Speed.
