Two Green Lane women were arrested for allegedly stealing from Redner’s; one was found with heroin, according to police.

Two Green Lane women are facing charges after allegedly stuffing their purses with merchandise from the Red Hill Redner’s, and one alleged thief was also found with heroin, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.

Briana Lee Hartzag, 20, and Leilani Lee Franks, 43, both of Green Lane, entered the Redner’s on Main Street just after 5 a.m. on May 4 and allegedly hid the items in their purses and left the store without paying, according to police.

After allegedly unloading the stolen items in their vehicle and re-entering the store and stealing more, a member of the Redner’s Loss Prevention Department stopped them, police said.

According to police, Franks was allegedly in possession of 28 baggies of heroin at the time of the arrest.
