Two women were arrested after police found them with drugs on the grounds of SCI Graterford during visitations, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.
A PSP report states that Angeline Gonzalez, 22, was arrested on Sept. 24 at 10:14 a.m. when police found her to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana on state prison grounds during a visitation.
Gonzalez, of Philadelphia, was charged with contraband and possession of a controlled substance in District Court 38-1-24.
On Oct. 1 at 10:20 a.m., Marie Clark, of Springfield, drove through a consent search upon entrance to Graterford. Police found marijuana, cocaine and drug paraphernalia in Clark's purse, according to police.
Charges have been filed against Clark, of Springfield, PA, in District Court 38-1-24.
