Pottstown Man Charged in Perkiomen Township Crash
Criminal Mischief was also reported in the area.
The Pennsylvania State Police is charging a Pottstown man in relation to an early-morning Perkiomen Township Crash on Jan. 23, and is investigating a report of criminal mischief in Perkiomen.

A Pottstown man will be charged for driving his vehicle at unsafe speeds after he lost control of his 2005 Toyota Tacoma and crashed into a tree on Meyers Road at the area of Raleigh Road in Perkiomen Township, according to police.
A PSP report states that Richard Alan Russ, 50, was traveling northbound on Meyers Road at 5:45 a.m. on Jan. 23 when he lost control of the vehicle, crossed over the southbound lane and struck a tree.

Russ, who sustained minor injuries and had his vehicle towed from the scene, will be charged in Magisterial District Court 38-1-24.
Criminal Mischief
The Pennsylvania State Police – Skippack Barracks is investigating an report of criminal mischief at the Gretchen Elizabeth Salon in Perkiomen Township between Jan. 19 and Jan. 22.
According to a report, unknown suspects broke a window the salon, located at Bridge Street and Gravel Pike.
