Woman arrested after allegedly pawning stolen goods

Pennsylvania State Police arrested a 28-year-old woman in connection with residential burglary in Lower Frederick Township on Saturday, June 9.

Brittany Leizerowicz allegedly broke the glass pane of the entry door to the home on Main Street and removed two flat-screen televisions, an XBOX 360 with accessories, and other miscellaneous items.

Police said the items were recovered from an area pawn shop and that Leizerowicz confessed to the crime. She was being held at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility on $7,000 bail.

Limerick woman charged with DUI

A Limerick woman was charged with DUI after being stopped on Maple Avenue in the Graterford section of Perkiomen Township.

Police said Jennifer Swenk, 33, was driving her 2007 Jeep Liberty "in an erratic manner," including driving onto the shoulder of the roadway several times, at about 1:00 a.m. Wednesday. Swenk was arrested following field sobriety tests.

Prescription medications stolen

Police are investigating the reported theft of prescription medications from a home in the 700 block of W. Main Street in Trappe. The theft reportedly occurred between 6:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. on Monday, June 4.
