Man Caught Loitering, Prowling at Perkiomenville Residence, Police Say

The Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a report of loitering and prowling at night on the 1100 block of Pin Oak Drive in Upper Frederick Township.

According to police, the incident occurred at 12:45 a.m. on Sept. 10, when a white male was observed looking into the residence.

The homeowner confronted the man, who then ran away from the scene, police say.
