Former Marine and Pennsylvania State Police Barracks Commander David Buckely was sworn in at an April meeting of the . Buckely comes to the team after more than 20 years of police experience.
According to an article in the Times Herald, Buckely was previously a supervisor for a team of more than 50 officers at PSP.
“It will be less stressful just worrying about my self and not what 50 other people are doing,” Buckley said to the Pottstown Mercury. “I’m just going to have to worry what I can do as a police officer.”
