Local Police Warns of Synthetic Marijuana Use Among Teens

Two teens were found unconscious last week due to the drug, according to Limerick Township Police.

The Limerick Police Department announced on Friday that two teens were found unconscious after smoking synthetic marijuana.

The teens, aged 13 and 17, were transported to nearby hospitals and are expected to recover, according to police in a Facebook post.

"We are investigating the source of this dangerous substance but parents should have frank discussions with their children about ingesting these dangerous backyard chemical concoctions," according to the post.
