Duo Arrested for Thefts From Vehicles in Limerick, Police Say

Kari Wood, 18, and Michael Robinson, 23, both of Linfield, allegedly stole items from vehicles.

The Limerick Township Police Department announced Thursday the arrests of two Linfield residents who are allegedly responsible for 28 recent incidents of thefts from vehicles in the area.

Kari Wood, 18, and Michael Robinson, 23, both of Linfield, allegedly stole more than $3,300 in personal property, police said.

Sgt. Paul Marchese and Detectives Patrick Roche, Timothy DiGregorio and Ernie Morris developed the leads that led to the arrests, according to Limerick Police.

An arrest warrant has also been issued for a third alleged accomplice from Royersford Borough, police said.

According to police, Wood and Robinson are not the individuals captured on surveillance video Sept. 19 from a similar incident.

Limerick Police have, on numerous occasions, reminded residents to lock their car doors due to these thefts.
