DUI Crash, Arrests Reported in Perkiomen Valley, Police Say

Four were arrested on suspicion of alleged DUI, one arrest occurred after a crash.

 

Alleged DUI Crash in Lower Frederick

A 25-year-old male from Coopersburg, Pa., was arrested for DUI in Lower Frederick Township on April 1 after driving into a fence, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.

Steven Keating was traveling south on Gravel Pike around 2:30 a.m. when he allegedly ran off the side of the road and stuck a fence with the right side of his vehicle, police said.  He then allegedly displays signs of intoxication and was taken into custody for DUI.

Alleged DUI in Collegeville

A 24-year-old Chesterbrook, Pa., woman was driving on Gravel Pike in the area of Ninth Avenue in Collegeville Borough when she was pulled over for traffic violations and allegedly appeared to be intoxicated, according to police. Charges are pending.

Alleged DUI in Skippack

Andrew Milinichik, 29, of Pottstown, was arrested for DUI on March 30 in Skippack Township, according to police.

Milinichik was traveling on Skippack Pike in the area of Cross Road in a 2003 Volkswagon Jetta just after 3:40 a.m. when he was stopped for traffic violations and allegedly showed signs of intoxication, according to police.  Charges are pending.

Alleged DUI in Perkiomen

A 23-year-old Schwenksville female was arrested for alleged DUI on March 30 at 1:32 a.m. in Perkiomen Township, according to police.

Kaitlyn Murphy, 23, was stopped around 1:30 a.m. on Trappe Road at Commons Lane for “speeding and driving in an erratic manor,” according to a police report. She allegedly exhibited signs of being under the influence of alcohol, and she was arrested.
