Drunken Skippack Woman Ran Out on Bar Bill, Police Say

The Parc Bistro patron was allegedly found in the restaurant's parking lot.

 

A Skippack woman was charged with public drunkenness and theft of services after allegedly leaving Parc Bistro Restaurant on Feb. 5 without paying her bill, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

Linda Marie Ochuida, 44, allegedly left the restaurant without paying at 6:32 p.m., and was found by officers to be “highly intoxicated” in the establishment’s parking lot, according to police.

Ochuida was charged District Court 38-1-24.

Court records indicate that Ochuida, who was listed as living on Gatehouse Lane, was previously charged with DUI in June of 2011.
