An East Greenville man faces multiple charges after allegedly strangling two children, including a 22-month-old, in Lower Frederick early Monday morning, and then breaking into a nearby home and refusing to leave, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
Anthony Phillips Wolf, 36, of East Greenville, was allegedly
under the influence of a controlled substance and acting erratically when
police arrived to the scene of a domestic altercation on Village Drive at 12:30
a.m., according to Police.
Wolf got into an altercation with his girlfriend at the location and allegedly strangled a12-year-old boy, according to police. Wolf also strangled a 22-month-old boy and threw him to the ground, according to the trooper.
Wolf then allegedly fled the residence and entered the home of a 50-year-old Schwenksville woman and refused to leave.
According to an individual at the scene, no one witnessed choking and the kids had no marks on them.
"No hands were on anyone's neck," said the witness, who is also considered a victim in the incident by the Pennsylvania State Police.
Felony charges of aggravated assault, criminal trespass and endangering the welfare of children were filed against Wolf on Monday. He also faces charges of simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and four counts of harassment, according to court documents.
Wolf pleaded guilty to several drug charges since 1995 and served jail time for burglary in 2006, according to court documents.
