Earlier this week my household received a call regarding my wife getting out to vote on November 5th. I was puzzled by why I wasn't asked if I was going to vote and received an explanation that I was a 4, that meant that I voted regularly and my wife was a 2, not so regularly. I found out a great deal from speaking to Trappe's Committee Chairman, Jack Minster and when I left the polling place it was confirmed that I was still a 4.
