Skippack Power Outage (Sorry for the Duplicate, posted in wrong place)

Does anyone know why parts of Skippack have been without power since 7:30 last night? PECO says it won't be back on until Noon today but that's just a guess as it was supposed to be back on by 10pm last night. Thanks for any insight.
