The following individuals (in no particular order) are being sought by Pennsylvania State Constable Joshua Z Stouch for Summary Bench Warrants (current as of August 9th,2012):

Michelle Heidler, DOB/10-11-1985 (Last Known Whereabouts: Pottstown area)

Kenneth DuBois, DOB/09-23-1981 (Last Known Whereabouts: Pennsburg or Williamsport)

Joseph E Paratto, DOB/12-07-1985 (Last Known Whereabouts: Boyertown area)

Andrew D Walter, DOB/04-13-1987 (Last Known Whereabouts: Laurys Station, PA)

Kevin S Berkey, DOB/01-12-1978 (Last Known Whereabouts: North Carolina)

Aaron E Heard, DOB/05-16-1992

Vincent M DeMatto, DOB/01-31-1982 (Last Known Whereabouts: Pottstown)

Rashad G Wilson, DOB/02-08-1986

Nelson J Ramos, DOB/03-02-1977

Frank Falco, AKA Frank Valentino, DOB/01-31-1970

Louise Anne Pulli, DOB/07-26-1960

*Some of these subjects have additional Summary and/or Criminal Warrants out of other MDJ offices throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania.

All other efforts and avenues by Law Enforcement to locate these subjects have been exhausted.
