wanted out of three counties in southeastern PA

A police report does not indicate a conviction. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty. All information provided is considered public knowledge available under the Open Records Act in Pennsylvania.

On Friday, January 18th, 2013, Pennsylvania State Constable Joshua Stouch, along with the assistance of multiple officers from Lower Providence Township Police, arrested Ryan W Kerr for seven outstanding Summary Bench Warrants out of Berks, Chester and Montgomery Counties. After a search by officers, Kerr was located hiding from officers inside of his residence and was taken into custody without incident despite his lack of cooperation with officers. Kerr was arraigned before MDJ Maurice Saylor, Montgomery County District Court 38-2-03, and released after making arrangements for collateral. Hearings on some of the matters were scheduled for a future date.

Special thanks to the Lower Providence Township Police Department for their assistance and professionalism.
