On Monday, January 14th 2013, after a four hour hunt involving multiple police agencies in and around the Lansdale area, Aaron E Heard was taken into custody in Hatfield Township by PA State Constable Joshua Z Stouch. Heard was being sought in connection with thirteen active summary Bench Warrants in Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Heard was arraigned late Monday afternoon before MDJ Maurice Saylor, Montgomery County District Court 38-2-03, and released after posting the required collateral.
At the time of his arrest, Heard was found to be on probation in Bucks County for an assault case.
