Constable Warrant Sweep nets excess of $2000 in Gilbertsville area

Pennsylvania State Constable Joshua Z Stouch conducted a week long "warrant sweep" from November 16th thru November 21st in the Gilbertsville region. The efforts of Constable Stouch and the court staff at District Court 38-2-03, including MDJ Maurice Saylor, resulted in over $2000 in outstanding fines and costs being collected (some dating back to 2004) as well as one criminal arrest.

If you currently have outstanding fines and costs that are overdue for payment, please be sure to take appropriate action at the District Court where your citations are out of. Future warrant sweeps are scheduled over the next couple of weeks throughout the entire Perkiomen Valley, to include Boyertown, Pottstown, Limerick, Collegeville, and Norristown areas.

All fines and costs collection efforts over the past week were completed at zero cost to the taxpayers of Montgomery County, and all monies received towards fines are distributed according to law to local, county, and state agencies to be used for various purposes which serve the good of the Commonwealth and its citizens.
