Boyertown Man Wanted Out of Five Courts Apprehended by Douglass Township Constable

A police report does not indicate a conviction. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty. All information provided is considered public knowledge available under the Open Records Act in Pennsylvania.

On Tuesday, November 20th, 2012 Constable Joshua Z Stouch apprehended James Pascavage of Boyertown on two warrants issued by MDJ Maurice Saylor of District Court 38-2-03. During the arraignment process, it was discovered that Pascavage had 17 other open cases across all of Montgomery County, for a total of 19 outstanding warrants and open charges.

Pascavage was able to make necessary bail arrangements and was released after resolving his cases amicably.

Pascavage was being sought for nearly two and a half years prior to his capture.

Any individual with outstanding court issues is urged to resolve the matter before it reaches the point of warrant and arrest.
