This workshop will focus on the heart opening aspect of frequently practiced poses, encouraging correct alignment, relieving tension in the shoulders, and improving the posture. Through asana, discussion, mantra and meditation, we'll seek to cultivate a loving mind, while gifting the body with a thoughtful practice. We'll explore ways to balance, open, and energize the heart chakra. This workshop will help you be more loving and more lovable, to yourself and others.
