Members and friends will honor veterans at this annual event. Refreshments will include World War II fare, with a little 40s music to bring back old memories.
Visitors may view the current exhibit as well as the ongoing Military Exhibit, where artifacts reflect military history from the 18th century to the present. Veterans are invited to bring a service photo to be posted during the event, and to sign the military book.
Members and volunteers will be on hand to welcome those in the community who wish to learn more about this historical site and see first-hand the work that has been done to maintain the history of Trappe, Collegeville, and the Perkiomen Valley.
The Dewees Museum at 301 W. Main Street in Trappe is on the corner of Main Street and Route 113. The Annual Membership Meeting will take place at 6:30 PM.
Cost is $8.00 for Veterans, $10 for Members/Guests, and $5.00 or children 12 years and under.
